  • Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

1.2 Shipping Notification

  • You will receive an email within 24 hours of shipping to notify you that your order is on its way, along with tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

2.1 Shipping Rates

  • Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order details.

2.2 Shipping Zones

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.  If you have a special request or need please contact us at clancy@elkdogranch.com

3. Delivery Times

3.1 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for 2-3 business days delivery after processing. Cost will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1 PO Boxes

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited orders. Standard shipping is available for PO Boxes.

4.2 Remote Areas

  • Remote Locations: Delivery to certain remote areas may experience additional delays. Contact customer service for more details.
